As the interactive node between the pilot and the aircraft, the aircraft cockpit has a high demand for the safety and comfort of the aircraft. The aircraft cockpit research more focus on functional design, neglect of the pilot for cockpit emotion and interior trim design demand, lack of method about aircraft cabin interior visual ergonomics design, under the situation of current aircraft cockpit design of function more and more maturity,so need study on aircraft cabin interior decorative visual ergonomics design method, so as to improve the pilot's visual comfort and then improve visual ergonomics.The main research contents are as follows:1.Put forward a kind of style quantitative analysis method about aircraft cockpit interior trim,firstly use K-J method determine the aircraft cockpit picture screening guidelines,and screened the aircraft cockpit picture, Secondly based on the morphological analysis method to decompose aircraft cockpit interior trim design elements, forming aircraft cockpit interior trim design elements of the structure diagram,and based on grey relational analysis to quantitative analysis of aircraft cockpit interior trim style, examples illustrate the feasibility of the method, provides the reference for the aircraft cockpit interior trim design is proposed.2. In this study, the interior trim design method based on perceptual engineering is studied, and the feasibility of the method is illustrated by the example of the material elements in the interior trim. Firstly, introduce the definition of the Kansei Engineering, analysed the meaning of perception and intention in the process of interior trim design, and studied the general design process of the Kansei Engineering. According to the design process of the Kansei Engineering, the design method of the material elements in the aircraft cockpit interior trim is proposed, which provides the theoretical support for the interior trim design of the aircraft cockpit.3. Design of the aircraft cockpit simulation system of visualization component' color parameters, can recorde subjects' s input / output information, can real-time modify the interface elements of color attribute, for cockpit interior trim and display interface of visual ergonomics and to provide a platform for the study.4. Study on different cockpit main tone of colors for aircraft cockpit visual ergonomics, with object movements cabin main color visual ergonomics experiment as the index, the results were analyzed finally formed as follows: Blue Grey principal tone takes the shortest, black note force distribution equilibrium and manipulate confidence highest degree, green gray was tested to quickly locate the work area. Provides reference for the selection of the main tone colors of the aircraft cockpit.
