There is rich rapid-grown resource of polar in our country, which has the biggest area of polar man-made forest. More than one hundred million cubic meter timber can be produced in our country. Now polar is only used in fitment and paper making in north of Jiangsu, which does not use its value completely. The polar can create more economic benefit only if be used as roof panel and floor panel of light wood frame construction, and it can enrich the kinds of timber of light wood frame construction.The feasibility of Yiyang structure plywood be used as roof panel and floor panel of light frame construction was tested and studied in this text. The bent test, which includes uniform loads,concentrated loads,impact loads, simulated the dry state and wet(wet/dry)state. According to the results, we can see that the Yiyang roof panel and floor panel used for light frame construction with the standard thickness perform better than need of the standard. The stiffness is modified to get the new computing formula of flexibility in this paper, which can be used to study other structure sheets.The static and dynamic performance of a bungalow of light wood frame construction is analyzed by the use of the software of Sap2000 in this paper. The intensity and distortion of the weak member which endured the utmost load is verified in the paper. This paper studies the solid performance of the bungalow during the earthquake motivation of the directions of X and Y which are imposed on it, and also studies the modal analysis, and gets its inherent vibration trait. The paper studies the reasonable number of layer, and gets the conclusion that the reasonable number of layer is three.
