Steel structure as an important structural form of prefabricated construction,is of great significance to the prefabricated construction that is popularized and applied in China,while the materials wall of steel structure also becomes the key to promotion and application of steel structure.At present,there are few walls which can be used in conjunction with steel structure and can adapt to assembly and standardization.In this paper,PVC eco wood is used as the wall material of steel structure building,and the application of PVC ecological wood in low rise light steel frame structure building is studied.the research contents of this dissertation are as follows:1.The structure of the light steel keel wall(3.6 mx3.0 m)of the outer covering PVC ecological wood was designed and designed for the connecting structure of the steel frame with the steel frame as the enclosure wall.The thermal insulation performance of the wall is calculated and the thermal performance of the wall was analyzed by finite element simulation,and the minimum insulation thickness of the wall that meets the thermal insulation requirements is 200 mm and the wall meets the normal requirements under the action of wind load.2.Design and assembly coated with PVC ecological wood combination of external wall,inner wall and roof panel of the test specimen,uniformly distributed load was carried out on the specimen loaded,the specimen loaded performance was observed,the keel of the strain and the covering panel strain wre measured that change with load values,the specimen keel and cladding panels-strain curve of load and load-displacement curve is analyzed.The experiment shows that the design of the specimen meets the normal requirements under the action of wind load.During the loading period,the specimen was basically in the flexible working stage;The outer covering of PVC ecological wood has great help to the flexural bearing capacity of the composite wall.3.The finite element analysis model of external wall under uniformly distributed load was established by ABAQUS software,the accuracy of the finite element model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.Based on the finite element simulation method,the light weight steel frame and steel frame of PVC eco wood wre subjected to monotonic and reciprocating displacement loading.The lateral resistance and seismic energy dissipation performance wre analyzed,and the performance of the two joints was analyzed.The results show that the hysteretic curve of the steel frame structure of the pure steel frame structure and the external composite wall is spindle shape,the ductility is better,and the composite wall external plug can greatly improve the hysteretic performance of the structure.4.The three storey light steel frame structure is analyzed and calculated by using the YJK Building Software.The three layer concrete frame structure was established for the analysis of the contrast,and the mechanical performance and economic performance of the two structures wre compared and analyzed under the same wall insulation effect.The results show that the seismic performance of the steel frame structure is better than the concrete frame structure;the light steel frame structure has the advantages of fast construction speed and short cycle;the cost of the light steel frame structure is only about 6% higher,and the comprehensive economic benefit is higher than the concrete frame structure.
