Rotating bending fatigue testing machine is one of the basic instruments,which are used to test material mechanical performances,and it has widespread applied ranges.With the rapid development of the testing machine technology and micro-electronic technology,those measurement and control systems of traditional testing machines can't meet testing demands of user gradually,so it is urgent that the new generation of measurement and control system for the testing machine goes forward on the way of digitization,intelligentizing and integration.According to comprehensive analysis of similar technology now home and abroad,the main task of the research subject is to develop a set of new type measurement and control system for the rotating bending fatigue testing machine based on ARM microprocessor after absorbing advanced microelectronic technique and control technology of testing machine.The research work of the dissertation include mainly as follows:1.The subject analyzed the operating principle and measuring parameters of the rotating bending fatigue testing machine,planned the general design scheme of the measurement and control system for the testing machine,and analyzed in detail functions to be realized of the main controller of ARM.2.This part mainly designed the main controller based on 32-bit ARM microprocessor (LPC2210);realized the circuit design of measurement module,driver module and the periphery modules;analyzed the operating principle of AC driver unit and represented the principle of ARM-controlling adjustable-speed AC motor.3.Aiming at the control principle of AC motor for the system,the subject set up the mathematic model of the AC system,and adopted the Field Oriented Control(FOC) arithmetic with the PID strategy based on modern control theory to realize the stepless speed regulation. 4.After discussing the method of transplanting real-time embedded systemμC/OS-Ⅱinto LPC2210 and writing the start code and main code,the subject is designed user application procedures for task module,and planned the software structural design of superior machine.5.Finally,the subject fulfilled the debugging work of hardware and software for the measurement and control system.
