From the view of developing the utilities of crack, its spreading can be used to stress blanking. When the crack technique is raised and intercross with the machining technique, a new field is cut. As an important component of the crack technology, the study of the crack technical equipment is an object of the application study, at the same time, it is also a strong embodiment of the technological vitality of crack.Begin with the engineer direction, the research of the basic theory and the working principle of the inverse rotating bending cutting device are studied in this paper, and have done some design for the important component of inverse rotating bending cutting device. At the same time, the model and simulation of the notch-cutting machine and the rotating bending machine are founded, the main research have carried on as follows:Several common blanking methods are introduced and compared in the paper. By analyzing their characteristics, means of implementation and scopes of application, recommend their essential problems. Based on them, a new type of stress blanking model—the inverse rotating bending cutting model is referred to. Then the basis theory and the working principle are introduced.According to the basic theory and the working principle of the inverse rotating bending cutting device, the notch-cutting machine and the rotating bending machine of the inverse rotating bending cutting device are designed. Utilized Pro/E project software, sets up the geometry models of the important component of inverse rotating bending cutting device, had merged characteristic modeling, parameter modeling and direct modeling complex method. And had finished the virtual assembly of the important component of inverse rotating bending cutting device and interference inspect based on this.Depending on the related important technology of virtual product development technology, the moving simulation model is set up in ADAMS project software through the interface module of Mechanism/Pro, carry on between kinematics and dynamics simulation analyze, prove feasibility and exactness of models built. Have carried on optimization analysis to balance object on the notch-cutting machine, the analysis result suggested that the optimize balance method is better.Using the check of the knowledge, the important component of the notch-cutting machine and the rotating bending machine are calculated. Have proved that the rational design of main structure, and lay the solid foundation for the further perfection of thedevice.
