The energy industry is the national economy foundation industry; the optimization of power plant is an important method of economizing the fuel. When the totel load changes, how to carry on the load assignment within the units has tremendous influence to the overall system efficiency.The paper researchs the model and method of boiler system load optimized distribution, and apply to an example. The method accords to the equal-rate micro-increased principle, carries on the load optimization assignment with the coal consumption characteristic curve of experiment date, makes it further scientific, reduces and entires factory coal consumption.The paper researchs the model and method of load optimized distribution of the power plant. According to the conventional heat load distribution method, the totel heat load shares in several backpressure turbines, and the total electric load shares in several condensing turbines. We can deduce optimize allocated mathematic model. Apply above-mentioned method to area power plant system, carry out the optimization respectively on every power plant and the entire area power plant system, and compare the resules. According to the result of calculation and comparation, the fuel using of each power plant decreases, and effect of unification distribution is better.The paper selects a method to optimistic design heat-supply network using optimal dendritic network of graphic theory. Calculate the weight of every conduit according the heat using of every consumer. Apply dismantling circle law to obtain the optimal dendritic network and the worst dendritic network, and compare them. The result shows the method is easy and accurate, and has very high application value.With the java, the paper works out the software to optimize the boiler load assignment. This software can carry on the load assignment under amicable interface. The result indicates this software has the fairly good usability and feasibility.
