| With the rapid development of social economy,urban power grids have also entered a stage of rapid growth.At the same time,the disorder and lag in the construction of urban power grids have gradually emerged.Factors such as obsolete equipment and unreasonable grid structure caused by the speed of planning lagging behind the development speed have made the urban distribution network unable to reach the "N-1" safety criteria,the reliability of power supply is poor and the loss is high.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to study the grid planning of 10 k V urban distribution network.This paper proposes the bottom-up planning concept of Hengshui 10 k V urban distribution network,and a new planning method based on the dynamic matching and balanced development strategy of power supply potential to optimize and absorb the new load.This paper adopts the variable weight combination method of the total load of the distribution network with a hierarchical structure for load forecasting.A method combining the minimum generative clustering method and heuristic method is proposed to optimize the substation and load division.The site selection and capacity determination of substations are combined with the method based on pattern space particle swarms.Then,the improve minimum spanning tree method is used to search for each equivalent load point to complete the automatic expansion plan of the distribution network,so that all points allocated to the load have line connections,forming a preliminary plan for the 10 k V distribution network frame.Through the establishment of an optimal power supply potential model and a load balance model,the medium-voltage distribution network is planned in the near term.Determine whether to add substations,adjust the total power supply capacity,adjust the distribution of power supply capacity,modify lines or add feeders.Finally,use C# and MATLAB to build a load forecasting module,an optimized partitioning module and a grid planning module,which will be embedded in the Hengshui10 k V urban distribution network development planning auxiliary decision-making system to realize the functions of load forecasting,optimizing zoning,site selection and capacity,and grid planning.Evaluate the planning scheme by setting a variety of indicators,select the optimal scheme,and then verify the feasibility of the auxiliary decision-making system. |
