Repair Techniques Of The Asphalt's Potholes And Simulate Analysis Of Computer

This thesis primarily analyses the distress mechanisms and repair techniques of the asphalt's potholes. Study on the causes and repair mechanisms of potholes scientifically and rationally, and use ansys software to simulate analyse it. The thesis offers the theoretical foundation for the construction.According to asphalt road potholes distress geometric forms and causes, to classify the potholes rationally and carefully, and divide them according to their size and severity grade. According to the analysis and the comparison to the asphalt road pothole patching material, to obtain the applicable scope of each kinds of material. In order to ensure the density degree and the level degree of repaired potholes, this thesis presents material capacity method to control the accurate feel amount of patching materials. This thesis analyzes and compares the padding type, the digging type, hot dries the type and the jet type patching technology, obtain the suitable weather and the temperature of each kinds of potholes patching technology. Simultaneously according to permanent potholes patching specification, study the construction craft of the potholes, refined the potholes patching construction craft step.In this thesis, ansys software package was empolyed to research responses of potholes. Based on the fracture mechanics, by means of finite element method, the mechanism of reflective crack propagation under traffic loadings were studied. The author also analyse the factors influcencing the crack growth.
