The dispersion properties of fibers in the concrete pavement are very important. Homogenously dispersed fibers in concrete pavement make concrete isotropic, mechanical properties well; therefore give full play to the toughening and reinforcing. In this article, the dispersion of fiber brucite in cement concrete is explored. The main contents are as follows:First of all, different types and dosage of admixture have been used to prepare suspensions of brucite fiber. In order to determine the type and dosage of admixture; microscope has been used to detect the dispersing characteristics of fiber brucite. The experimental results show that: the admixtures which contribute to evenly dispersed suspension of fiber brucite should mainly be consisted of water-reducer; alcohol, urea, and K supplemented should take second place.Secondly, fiber brucite reinforced cement mortar based on the test results of suspension is prepared to research the impact of different factors on the dispersion of fiber brucite in cement mortar. According to dosage of admixture, the mixing order of raw materials, stirring time and method of application, orthogonal experiment is designed .The experimental results show that: for the purpose of evenly dispersing, among of composite admixture, the dosage of water-reducer should be higher than that of urea, alcohol and K treatment; The best order for the mixing of raw materials is: sand, fibers, admixtures, cement, after stirring for a few minutes, coupling with water; Wet process more than long time mixing conducive to evenly dispersing of fiber brucite in the cement mortar.Finally, fiber brucite concrete specimen is prepared in accordance with the test results of fiber brucite reinforced cement mortar. Micro-dispersion of fiber brucite reinforced concrete in the road has been analysis by means of SEM and electron probe. Research of micro-dispersion has proved that the experimental application process is feasible, and the admixture is reasonable. Fiber brucite dispersed evenly in the concrete pavement is realizable.
