Fiber Brucite is a kind of natural mineral fiber which is safe and non asbestos. The early research results show that the cement matrix composite with Fiber Brucite not only have higher strenhth and sulfate resistance, but also have more advantage than other fiber. In practical application, different processing technical parameters and production technique made the Fiber Brucite have different physical property. The physical property of Fiber Brucite has a great influence on the srenhth of the cement matrix composite. So the research that find which kind of Fiber Brucite is adapt to the cement matrix composite, have profund meaning to the large scale industrialized application of Fiber Brucite in the cement matrix composite.In this paper, eighteen kinds of Fiber Brucite have been choosed to do some experiments such as, cement mortar experiment, length test, wet-volume test, beating degree, concrete experiment and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The result of cement mortar experiment showed that A Fiber Brucite can evidently increase the strenhth of the cement matrix composite than other kinds of Fiber Brucite. When the dosage of Fiber Brucite:the dosage of cement is 4%, the strenhth of cement mortar is higest and the execution of works is better. By the length test, we find that the shot Fiber Brucite have better effect on increasing the strenhth of cement mortar. The wet-volume of Fiber Brucite is further tested. The result showed that the wet-volume of Fiber Brucite and the strenhth of cement mortar is liner relationship. The bigger wet-volume of Fiber Brucite is, the higher the strehth of the cement matrix composite is. The performance index of Fiber Brucite which is used in the cement matrix composite is acquired by the cement mortar experiment, length test and wet-volume test. The performance index is that the mass fraction of residue on 1.4mm sieve between 23%-35%, the mass fraction of residue on 1.4mm-0.4mm sieve≥30% and the figure of wet-volume≥190ml. At last, the accuracy and reliability of above-mentioned conclusion is validated by the concrete experiment and scanning electron microscope (SEM). In addition, beating degree of Fiber Brucite is tested in this paper. Through analyzing the figure of beating degree, find that the beating degree of Fiber Brucite can not truly reflect the strength of the cement matrix composite with Fiber Brucite.
