Along with the rapid development of road trffic in china and implementation of great development of Bohai economic circle ,the construction of road trffic for Binhai New Area will must be have a explosive growth as a key point of Tianjin's development. With the building of highway, soft soil foundations processing is becoming a prominent problem,which has become one of the key factors to influence construction quality,period and cost.Therefore, to reinforce the research on evaluation and optimization of soft soil foundation processing has important theory and practical significance.The thesis has a systemic study of the evaluation and optimization for soft soil ground processing of Tianjin Binhai New Area,and the main research work can be summarized as follows:(1) On the basis of extensive reference from domestic and foreign country ,the thesis collects, summaries and analyzes the related research data and findings over many years from Tianjin region and especially Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute.(2) On-site project investigation has been carried out on soft soil foundation processing of the constructed typical roads in Tianjin Binhai New Area.(3) Based on the theory of systems engineering and fuzzy mathematics,the thesis analyzes the evaluation levels of soft soil foundation processing technique,and introduces the effect of the uneven settlement of soft-soil foundation to the traffic after road operation into the evaluation indicators,that is service level,and then a model with many levels of fuzzy evaluation obtained.(4) Through the application of the evaluation model founded in the thesis,it evaluates the soft soil foundation processing technique for the three typical area roads,tests the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation model and advances a proposal for model optimization based on the evaluation result.(5) According to the survey and evaluation of soft soil foundation processing,the thesis optimizes the desigh process in which more cement mixing piles are used in Tianjin Binhai New Area,builds the mathematical model of optimum design restricted by settlement,and presents to optimize the soft soil ground processing for demonstration project.
