With the rapid economic development, The CFST (concrete filled steel tube) is considered as the preferential structure material for many advantages such as reducing the materials and structure weight, easy construction and large bearing capacity etc. While, the CFST arch bridge is characterized as continuous construction system changing, seriously non-linear influencing, highly coupling of the construction process and the bridge status in completed stage. So, it is most valuable to carry on the stability analysis. Based on the Yuehai bridge, the stability analysis of the construction was carried on.Combined with the present stability analysis of the CFST arch bridge in home and abroad, introduced two kind of stable questions and the stable safety factor of arches, simultaneously also introduced the balanced stable judgment criterion. Two kinds of representative theories of ultimate bearing capacity: the unified theory of CFST, the theory of fiber element model, are expatiated. The unified theory is a semi-theoretical and semi-empirical formula, which substitutes constitutive equation under axial compression for constitutive equation under eccentric compression, and need to be perfected, the latter theories is comparatively mature and can be used for engineering practice. Afterward also introduced that the structure misalignment finite element theory, elaborated the geometry misalignment and the material misalignment in structure analysis's important meaning, and elaborated the structure geometry misalignment and the material misalignment analysis method in detail.Application structure analysis software Midas to analysis the Yuehai bridge, simultaneously also selects several operating mode application non-linearized theory to carry on the computation, researching the Yuehai bridge under different operating mode stable safety factor, on factors and so on cross tie arrangement form, suspension bar, arch rib rigidity, live load effect launches the discussion and the research to this bridge overall stable influence, has obtained the above factor to the steel pipe concretes this kind of bridge stability influence general rule. Summarizes in the induction in the foundation, proposed some to the engineering design beneficial suggestion.
