With the rapid economic growth in China, the investment of capital construction has been increasing year by year, the production value of architecture industry is gradually increasing year by year. The architecture industry has become the national economy important composition department. The huge investment of project and scale of employed cause the construction safety incident frequently to send, the employed who are died by safety accidents surpassed thousand every year, and the direct economic losses over 100 billion yuan.,the consequence is exceptionally serious.The safety management has always been the important content of construction management. How to appraise the security of construction site is the important research subject of construction safety management.According to the characteristics of construction industry,by practical investigation, aiming at the main problem in construction safety evaluation in china, safety assessment technology is mainly inmaturity and unscientific at present, this paper integrates safety system engineering,safety evaluation technology,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy mathematics theory and advanced technology of computer software engineering, puts forword construction safety evaluation mothed based on fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process, studieds on the principle,method and the algorithm of this evaluation. While in the oretical and applied research, in order to better satisfy practical application convenience,the corresponding security check table for each index is designed, indicator system of construction site safety evaluation is established, and the computer application software which formed a complete set with the construction safety evaluation model is developed.Through the above research, this paper has obtained the main research results as follow:(1) According to the characteristic of construction, this paper establishes the indicator system which is suitable for construction site safety evaluation, and designes the corresponding security check table for each index, Thus, studies on quantitative evaluation of construction safety evaluation indicator index, overcames construction safety evaluation subjectivity and one-sidedness formerly.(2) According to fuzzy mathematics theory, This paper divides construction safety evaluation safety into different levels, conducts quantitative description with membership function, establishes fuzzy relation matrix, lays a foundation for deteming construction safety. and explains detaily membership degree function and fuzzy relationship matrix computation.(3) According to the analytic hierarchy process theory, this paper divides construction safety evaluation index into different hierarchical partitions, contucts judgment matrix,estaishes the weight of each construction safety evaluation index, explains the construct principle,method,calculation and consistency test of judgment matrix in detail, finally conducts synthesis computation according to maximum subordination principle combined with fuzzy relationship matrix and the weight value, and makes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of construction safe status.(4) For making the construction safety evaluation more rapidly and accurately, computer application software which forms a complete set with the construction safety evaluation model is developed.This software takes MATLAB as the development platform, for the user using conveniently, this paper designs the GUI(Graphic User Interface), After this software has been carried out the practical application in one construction work site of Qing-Dao,the result indicates:This software has certain application value with its strong feasibility and the accurate measure results. ?...
