The author researches the relationship between driving system and steering system of full hydraulic grader, analyzes the principle and the composing of them, puts forward the problem in process of driving and steering, combined with full hydraulic grader and lots of materials.Based on kinematics and dynamics of grader, the stress states are analyzed while the full hydraulic grader steers, the condition of full hydraulic grader steadily steering is put forward, the problem of the driving force and roll resistance between inboard and outboard is clarified while the full hydraulic grader steering.Based on AMESim, the author makes model and simulates for driving system of full hydraulic grader. While modeling the flushing valve is simplified, rotary inertia which is converted from the machine itself and deceleration balance box to driving shaft of hydraulic motor is calculated. And also the relationship among rotational speed, flow and pressure of hydraulic motor under different grades is simulatedSteering test of full hydraulic grader is done, the test data are recorded and analyzed, and also the new control scheme is put forward.
