| Hydraulic support is tested by hydraulic support test stand when it is at the factory or after be overhauled.That the sealing of the hydraulic support,the opening pressure of a column safety valve and the strength of the hydraulic support is tested by hydraulic support test stand.It is to ensure the quality of the hydraulic support and the safety of the coal production.An actual condition of a underground mining is emulated by hydraulic support test stand in a laboratory.A framework for space-based force for detection of the hydraulic support is provided by hydraulic support test stand.The dynamic characteristic analysis of the hydraulic system is designed to analysis and study the impact of mine pressure whether mine pressure had a good impact on result.Beside,the impact can not damage the hydraulic system itself of the hydraulic support test stand.In this paper,an use condition of the hydraulic support test stand which is high pressure and high volume is designed to analysis dynamic characteristic of the pressure cylinder in the process of booster,and to predict the life and the reliability of a hydraulic operated check valve during unloading process.In this paper,the simulation and experiment is combined.And simulation part is based on hydraulic support test stand hydraulic system diagram.The jointed simulation modeling is based on AMESim and simulink.The hydraulic part of the jointed simulation modeling is completed in AMESim environment,and the control part of the jointed simulation modeling is completed in simulink environment.Comparison of pressure curve of experimental data and simulation data of the column cylinder under the cavity,the results are basically consistent.Analyzing simulation curves of the booster process is designed to analysis dynamic characteristic of the pressure cylinder.Analyzing the simulation curves of the unloading process is designed to analysis dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic operated check valve.Comparison of a hose of 25mm diameter and 32mm diameter is designed that oscillating situation of flow curve and pressure curve of the column cylinder under the cavity is not obvious.Beside,there is no uninstall pressure shock based on the hose of 32mm diameter during unloading process.Comparing the area ratio of main spool valve area and unloading spool valve area of hydraulic operated check valve turns out that reducing the size of the area ratio could reduce valve spool oscillation and unloading pressure shock value. |
