The construction mortar is one of architectural engineering's most large amount materials, is playing the caking, the lining warm and transmission stress in the architectural engineering. At present, along with new wall material, outer wall coating and new stratification plane waterproofing material vigorously promoted used, a higher request is set to anti- crack, anti- seep and the performance of surface approved greasily of the mortar overall plastering surface layer . According to the succeeded experience of the utilization of fibrous materials in the concrete, each kind of fibrous material is mixes into the wall, the building and the ground plastering mortar, satisfying quality requirement of anti- seep construction, to makes up its original many insufficiencies. This article selects brucite fiber to reinforce the anti- crack of cement mortar.The traditional construction mortar is mixing the system in the work site scene. The scene mixing the system has low measurement precision of the mortar various components, unreasonable composition of the thin aggregate, application difficulty of additive. The mortar'stability is bad, the caking intensity is low, it contracts big, the crack resistance and the seep resistance are bad. The quality of the mortar is easy to cause surface dehiscence, shell, leakage of the wall, also can create the material waste and the environment pollution. But dry-mixed mortar has the merit of stably quality, complete variety, nimble using and strong compatibility and so on. It can meet the different project needs, has the broad prospects for development in our country. Therefore, in the foundation of the component research of the brucite fiber reinforced cement mortar, this article designs its dry-mixed mortar mixture ratio.This article first studies the compatibility of brucite fiber and the cement. Using the resistant to compression and the anti- booklet intensity as the target, considering liquid thickness, it determines the appropriate fiber quantity and dispersible way of fiber. Then this article joins the water reducing agent to the fiber cement liquid and determines the appropriate water reducing agent quality. The test result indicated that the compatibility of brucite fiber and cement is well, and the fiber can reinforce the cement liquid anti- crack ability.Then this article studies the performance influence to the brucite fiber. Using the fiber quality, fiber's dispersing way, the type and the amount of water reducing agent as the influence factor, taking resistant to compression, anti- booklet intensity as inspection target to design orthogonal experiment, this article determined the appropriate fiber quality, fiber's dispersing way, the type and the amount of water reducing agent. The test result indicated that the brucite fiber can reinforced the anti- crack ability of cement mortar, and the using of water reducing agent well not cause bleeding.Finally this article designed the mixture ratio of brucite fiber dry-mixed mortar. First under the certain mortar thickness,taking resistant to compression and the anti- booklet intensity as the target, this article determines the appropriate fiber quantity. Then under the quantity, this article determines the mixture ratio of dry-mixed mortar in the different intensity rank. The test result indicated that fiber dry-mixed mortar has enough compressive strength and cementation intensity, moreover its cement content is few and the cost is low.
