The dynamical analysis of low-speed maglev train is the hot point in the area of maglev traffic all the time. So it is the principle target to solve in maglev train's dynamical analysis to research on the moving track of the train (that is, tracking the railway rigorous). The relation of relative movement between the all components in maglev train is analyzed, and the requests of the movement to the railway and suspension system are discussed moreover. All of that are the main achievements in this paper.Based on the analysis of the structure in low-speed maglev train, according to the theory of multi-modules dynamics, this paper mainly analyzes the moving track of low-speed maglev train, and the relative locations between the main components. The principle achievements are listed as follows:1. A whole dynamical analysis method, which thinks over the restoring force and components' restrictions, and applied in this paper by study the balance of electro-magnetic force and the restrictions in turning component. Then the dynamical model of the train in the whole railway's fixed reference frame is established. A group of non-linear equation is listed to describe how the train tracks the railway. The equations founded before are calculated. The train is decomposed into a group of related rigid modules. Then the coordinate transfer matrix to account the relative location of rigid bodies is received according to the theory of multi-module dynamics. And the relative locations of the principal components in the train are calculated and described.3. Important components in walking mechanism which can influence the train's dynamical characteristics are computed. Then the conclusion is drawn that the component can satisfy the train's dynamical demands.4. The tracking equations of train's movement are constituted by the former dynamical equations of whole train in this paper. Which are then imported into the simulation and analysis software ADAMS. The simulation results are acquired by the analysis of maglev train's movement.5. The experiment about the bogy's offset related to the railway and the force of the steel wire are completed. Then the calculation results, simulation results and experimental results are compared and analyzed together. And the analysis results validate that the calculation results are effective.
