Research On Construction Quality Control Of Roller Compacted Concrete Dam Project

The water conservation and hydroelectric project quality management is the very important part in project construction management. The roller compacted concrete dam construction technique is one of preferred dams style in water conservation and hydroelectric project. But in the construction process of roller compacted concrete dam project, often has various quality problem or the quality defect. These quality question's production have the relationship with the short construction cycle, the tightly construction period, on the other hand, also have the close relations with quality control level of roller compacted concrete in our country. The article discusses how to apply the construction quality control method in the roller compacted concretes dam project, improves the construction quality. The thesis main research works and contributes as follows:(1)Concrete dam project construction quality control system. according to the requirement of construction quality control in roller compacted concrete dam project, on foundation of fully referring successful experiences in domestic and foreign roller compacted concrete dam quality control, rests on the ISO9002 quality specification system document, unifies the effective quality control experience and the actual situation of various roller compacted concrete dam project construction, has established one kind of roller compacted concrete dam project construction quality control system, and determines the quality control the content. According to apply quality control's method in the roller compacted concrete construction quality control, discovers the primary cause that influencing the quality of roller compacted concrete dam project construction, evaluates and analysis the qualitative index simultaneously, draws up the countermeasure and the measurement that improving quality, carries on the quality control to the project, improves the project construction quality further.(2)concrete dam project construction quality. Using the histogram, case and effect diagram and control chart to analysis the reason that influencing roller compacted concrete dam project construction quality, carries on the quantitative analysis to the quality index.
