With the rapid development of the water conservancy engineering industry,higher requirements are put forward for the quality management of construction projects.As a vital water retaining building,the project quality management level of the concrete gravity dam directly affects the sustainable development of the economic,social,and environmental benefits of the water conservancy engineering construction projects.In the new era,the water conservancy project construction gradually turns to be more refined and efficient,traditional quality management can’t satisfy the need of project construction,and the quality management level of the water conservancy construction projects needs to make new breakthroughs.BIM technology provides great convenience to the quality management of concrete gravity dam construction projects,with the obvious improvement of work level and efficiency of construction project quality management through the visualization,informationization and sharing of project management analysis.This dissertation analyzes the quality management of engineering projects and BIM technology to explore the feasibility,applicability,and effectiveness of BIM technology application in the quality management of concrete gravity dam construction projects.By analyzing the theories related to BIM technology and the quality management of construction projects,the quality management system and management process evaluation system of concrete gravity dam construction projects are constructed to improve its project quality management level.The primary research of the thesis is as follows:(1)Under the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the main factors influencing the quality of concrete gravity dam construction projects.Through Analytic Hierarchy Process,organizing experts to hold meetings and the Delphi Method and other survey and research methods to determine the quality influencing factors of concrete gravity dam construction projects,analyzing the important and influential factors of quality management of concrete gravity dam construction projects,and then the main influential factors could be determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.(2)Building a quality management system for concrete gravity dam construction projects based on BIM technology and using BIM technology to optimize segmental management throughout the project life cycle for the above-mentioned main factors affecting the quality of construction projects,it also combines management theories,such as the PDCA management method to propose management optimization methods for every stage in the life cycle to improve the level and efficiency of quality management of concrete gravity dam construction projects.(3)Build a quality management process evaluation system for concrete gravity dam construction projects based on BIM technology,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality management of the project.(4)By combining the actual concrete gravity dam project for further demonstration.Taking A water conservancy project as an example,BIM technology is applied to the quality management process of the concrete gravity dam construction project for management optimization.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation of its management optimization process and effect to verify the effectiveness of BIM technology implementation in the quality management of A water conservancy project,derives the application value of BIM technology in the quality management of concrete gravity dams,and provides the references for the application of BIM technology in the quality management of concrete gravity dam construction projects.
