Gypsum block is a high performance, can be recycled using a new type of environmentally-friendly wall materials. With the strong development of new wall materials, gypsum block will be more and more widely used, however, China gypsum block production technology is still relatively backward, the lower level of automation. This study is committed to improving the gypsum block making machine and the automation level of the gypsum block production line productivity.First of all, this article in the China Metallurgical Group, a construction-based Institute of SG-2 equipment, gypsum block making machine, based on its improved and perfected the design of the SG-A1-based fully automated production equipment, gypsum block. SG-A1-type molding machine using "vertical casting, the level of release" means a new type of shape, so that gypsum block making machine production line easier the achievement of effective production lines to improve production efficiency. Production according to the scene, SG-A1-type molding machine new plasma device automatically scan and automatic recovery more than expected, so that molding process automation control.Secondly, this paper SG-2-type molding machine hydraulic system, according to SG-A1-type structure characteristic of the design of a new type of molding machine hydraulic system. Details of the hydraulic system design principles, circuit components, as well as the working process, and comparative analysis of the SG-2-type molding machine with the SG-A1-type molding machine characteristics. The results showed that: SG-A1-type molding machine hydraulic system load of small, fast response, precise control, reliability highly and can be adapted to continuous production. In this paper, the key control circuit hydraulic system simulation analysis, the use of Simulink simulation of the hydraulic system to control the level of scraper movement synchronization circuit modeling, and control the use of common methods of simulation, open-loop system obtained state and the state closed-loop Bode diagram, step response curve. The simulation results show that the system design parameters in this run, the system stable, a more satisfactory control accuracy to meet the needs of actual production.Finally, the whole of the gypsum block production lines for the study design, programmable logic controller to control the use of fully automated production line. Control system uses a modular programming, when there is failure, can quickly identify the problem module, to repair, and ensure continuous production of normal, and effectively reduce the maintenance costs and production losses. The use of programmable logic controller to control the advanced features and extended performance, the structure of the production line can make a quick adjustment of the scale of production. The using of programmable logic controller control the entire production line ,achieve a fully automated production and improve the reliability of the production line and control flexibility.In practice, the normal work of molding machine, hydraulic system stability, and production lines to achieve a fully automated. This study will help improve the automation of machine and production line gypsum block production efficiency of gypsum block production of more large-scale practical reference value for the development of gypsum block production line provides a new direction.
