Host Control System Of Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine Development And Research

With the rapid development of China's architectural material industry and the gradual enlarge of national wall materials innovation policies,the concrete masonry unit occupies the dominant position slowly in the building materials,so the demand for concrete block molding equipment is getting higher and higher.Since the self-development of the concrete block machines in China,there have existed some disadvantages,which include low degree of automation,low-tech and low productivity,It is desired to import a foreign advanced concrete block machine,but it is expensive.Thus the domestic market needs for a type of concrete block molding machines,which are in line with national conditions,a high degree of automation,superior performance,safe and reliable.This article to concrete block molding machines production line for the study used the technology of single-chip microcomputer control,system integration,opto-isolated,and researched and developed a set of control system,which is the automatic concrete block molding machine,on the basis of analysis of production processes and control requirements of the block forming machines.This paper focuses on the process,controller,hardware circuit design and core components' selection of the host control system of the QMT series of concrete block molding machines;especially the application of speech technology to the field of concrete block molding machines' control system completed the overall design based on the PM60 block forming machines' voice prompt system,and made contribution to intelligentialize of the concrete block molding machines.Output block molding machine control system is studied carefully,the article completed the hardware circuit design and the voice report operational programming of the host control system of the concrete block molding machine and proposed a method of clearing troubles.
