As far as we known, the prestressed concrete box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has be emerged in the 1980s. It has gained extensive research and application in France and Japan because of its advantages, such as light self-weight, specific mechanical behavior, high effective prestressing system, short construction period, beautiful shape and without the web fracture problem, etc. Since the 1990s, more and more efforts and interests has been put into the research work and engineering practice on this kind of bridge in China. As a kind of steel-concrete composite bridge, the design of shear connector between concrete flange and corrugated steel webs was crucial in design. It was important to choose and design shear connectors feasibly for carrying capacity of bridge.Based on static analysis of the Changzheng bridge, three types of shear connectors which was stud connector, perfobond rib(PBL) and embedded connector were designed with the elastic theory in this thesis. Three shear connectors were modeled using finite elements with the computer program ANSYS. According to the results of the finite element analysis and the tests, the thesis emphasised on the characteristic of the three types of shear connectors such as mechanical behavior, shear stiffness, ultimate bearing capacity,fatigue property, economic and construction performance performance,etc.The results show that the stiffness, bearing capacity and fatigue property of PBL shear connector is better than the embedded connector. the embedded connector's economic and performance in construction of is better than others. The choosing of the type of shear connector need to take into account the structural type and layout of bridge, design method, construction technique and so on.
