At present, most buildings in Henan Province are high-energy buildings, whichhave caused huge energy waste, and because of the poor thermal insulation envelop, thethermal comfort of people’s working and living environment have been reduced. Thehot spot of building energy consumption, influencing factor and the technology of wallthermal-insulation in Henan Province are analyzed and studied.In this paper, the dynamic models and methods which using for solving thebuilding process are introduced, which based on the State Space used in the buildingenergy simulation software DeST. And analyzed the characteristics of building energyconsumption, where located in Zhengzhou in Central China.In the overall planning and designing, it analysis the factors that influencingresidential buildings energy-consumption from the aspect of building site, shapecoefficient of building, area ratio of window to wall and building orientationrespectively, and proposed the planning scheme which is fit for building energy-savingin Zhengzhou. And it analysis the factors that influencing public buildingsenergy-consumption, proposed the way to reduce public buildings cooling load.It introduced the existing types and characteristics of wall heat insulator and theexisting exterior wall insulation systems, described the advantages and disadvantages ofvarious insulation systems and their application environment.For residential buildings, it discussed the influence on the heating load in winterwhich affected by the external walls, windows, roofs and other parameters related toenvelope of residential buildings, these parameters include heat transfer coefficient andthickness of the wall, heat transfer coefficient, shading coefficient, visible lighttransmittance, and the length of exterior shading of the windows. The best scheme forheating load in winter in Zhengzhou is simulated by DeST, which play a certainreference value to the existing residential building energy efficiency.For the public buildings, a classic shopping malls in Zhengzhou is selected todiscussed the coupling of summer and winter consumption that affected by externalthermal insulation, the cooling load that affected by glass curtain wall and night ventilation, calculated and simulated the best energy-saving programs which was fit forshopping malls cooling load in summer in Zhengzhou.
