| In this paper, the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co., Ltd. of key equipment - chassis dynamometers for research, exploration based on reliability and cost-optimized chassis dynamometer maintenance strategy.In this paper, based on the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) approach to the chassis dynamometer for the failure analysis, and the consequences of failure are classified assessment, according to the severity of the consequences of failure and risk priority number (RPN), made each failure mode decision-making of maintenance. And then based on the traditional theory of reliability, combined with modern analysis techniques, proposed analytic hierarchy process (AHP) applied to the reliability maintenance. AHP in the maintenance FMEA basis, taking into account further factors in relations between decision-making to address the FMEA analysis of the process of decision-making does not consider the relationship between factors that led to different levels of risk of failure mode RPN of the same value, thus affecting the accuracy of decision-making. In this paper, the cost of maintenance optimization, application of operations research theory, based on 0-1 integer programming into building a maintenance cost optimization model, through heuristic algorithm, make decision of maintenance to be the optimal solution, so that the chassis dynamometer maintenance costs are in control in expectations about RMB100000 to solve the issue of cost control.Finally, this paper use benefit-cost ratio (BCR) as the indicator for the benefit analysis, research shows that the proposed strategy for the maintenance of BCR to 108.8, with higher economic benefits. |
