Today the market competition is increasingly fierce.To improve the capacity utilization and reduce the cost have been as the important strategy in the manufacturing enterprise.So that the continuity and stability of producing are the important factors.As the carrier of producing,the reliability of equipment is the key to achieve the high capacity.However,how to improve the reliability of equipment has become a top priority for enterprises to improve production.Based on the reliability theory,this thesis studies the maintenance strategy of the equipment,and analyzes the equipment status and existing problems with the example of N company's fermentation air compressor.Distribution function,this thesis uses reliability failure mode and effect analysis of FMEA,fault tree analysis,FTA and other related theory and analysis method of fermentation to N company wind the reliability of the compressor were analyzed,and the maintenance strategy to achieve the goal of improve equipment stability and reliability.The main result in this study: 1)Use the reliability distribution function to evaluate the current reliability level of the equipment and predict the reliability level of the future,and then compare with the reliability requirements to find the deviation.2)The fault identification and risk assessment methods of the research equipment were used to determine and analyze the factors that caused the deviation.3)Optimize the maintenance strategy based on the result of FMEA,FTA and big data analysis.4)Verify the effect of optimization of maintenance strategy.By using reliability analysis method and data analysis,the appropriate maintenance strategy,N company implemented by emergency type,the transition of the planned maintenance to preventive maintenance,to achieve the goal to improve equipment stability,reliability.It avoids downtime during production,resulting in loss of production and the production of additional maintenance costs caused by excessive maintenance.While ensuring the company's production capacity,the production cost is also reduced moderately.
