In today’s machinery manufacturing, due to the fierce market competition and customer personalized demand. Assembly lines gradually become toward the direction of automation, flexibility and intelligentization. Previously the company only focus on the assembly line technical design, gradually they relise that the assembly line management design is equally important to the technical design.So this paper will quantitatively design the production management of assembly line,in order to achieve effective management, improve the efficiency of the assembly line and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the SLP process, this paper uses the same weights of logistics and non-logistics relationships to determine the positional relationship between the operating units. In the logistics strength analysis, this paper considers the three factors of the quality of materials, handling tools and handling status, in order to evaluate the logistics strength from various factors scientificly. Then based on the same equipment room, common personnel records and other factors to determine the relationship between non-logistics. Finally,use the weighting factors alternative method to help the company determine the quantitative compressor assembly plant layout.Integrating the concept of JIT lean production, this paper designs the assembly operations planning and production scheduling of mixed flow compressor assembly line. In the assembly plan designing, the equilibrium of the number of compressor to be assemblied each day is the primary goal and the equilibrium of the number of compressor to be assemblied each order in each day is the second goal, then the quantitative mathematical model of assembly plan is established and solved by a heuristic algorithm. In the production scheduling designing, the multi-objective production scheduling optimization model which includes the objective of the equilibrium of parts consumption rate and the equilibrium of workstation load cumulative rate is established and solved by two different algorithms. Based on the theory of production scheduling,a assembly line production scheduling optimization and management system is developed.Based on the theory of mixed assembly line organizational designning proposed in this paper, the logistics condition of supporting parts of the compressor assembly line is improved, the production sequencing of mixed compressor assembly line is optimized and The computer-aided assembly production plan and schedule was achieved.
