In an increasingly competitive market environment,enterprises want to maximize the use of existing resources,with a low cost to produce the products that customers need,and then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The primary task of an enterprise is to design an efficient mixed flow assembly production system,and then manage the personnel,capital,and materials in a reasonable manner.To achieve this goal: material supply and production operations must work closely together.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the integration of mixed flow assembly and material supply.This paper applies the door group workshop production system of a freezer company is taken as the research object,and mixed flow assembly line production sequencing and material supply problem are studied.The door group workshop production system is a complex production system,in the case of mixed production,mixed flow assembly line sequencing guidance material mixed,and timely and proper material supply is an effective guarantee for the normal operation of the production assembly.In order to reduce the complexity of solving the problem of the optimization of mixed model assembly line sequencing and material supply problem,this paper propose a new method to solve the problem of mixed flow assembly line scheduling and material supply in two stages.First of all,the production sequencing problem of the freezer door pre-assembly line is studied.Analysis of the main characteristics of mixed flow assembly line production sequencing,based on that make clear the modeling method,by the mixed flow assembly line various parts of the consumption rate of homogenization and minimum maximum processing cycle as the two objective functions to establish a multi-objective optimization mathematical model,and designed a genetic algorithm to solve the model,that obtained better results.The pre-assembly line product that sequenced according to a certain proportion and sequence,and keep the stability of the components and the consumption of each part of the workstation line,and the manufacturing cycle is shortened.Then,on the basis of sequencing optimization,the material supply problem of mixed flow assembly line is studied.The analysis of a single station and station set supply model,get the material supply demand decision,in order to improve the vehicle load supply rate is established for the purpose of the line side inventory management manage model,and use genetic algorithm toolbox to solve the model,obtained material distribution list of material supply task.According to the actual on-line sequence,the distribution list can be used as the delivery task,and the distribution strategy can be obtained,which can be used for the direct delivery or the collection of the working station.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the company,freezer door company for the background,practical problems of mixed production sequencing and material supply as the case analysis,the mixed flow assembly line multi-objective model and algorithm,in order to improve the vehicle load distribution rate of actual production target established line side inventory management planning model and solution method is applied to the company,to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in practical application.
