This article conducted a serious of researches aiming to developing and manufacturing the most advanced T7 track scale test car.This article at first introduced developing history and trends of our nation's track scale test car, put forward the structure and specialties of this new T7 car and the key technology of developing via the comparison of T6, T6D, and T6F and so on that have been in operation for many years. It conducted the dynamics emulation analysis based on its adoption to K2 bogie, deploying the poise dolly and hoist dolly inside, car's longitudinal partial loading, and the dynamical status that the center of gravity has a up to 100 mm traverse excursion while passing the curve. And it optimized the structure scheme through dynamical calculation. Then it carry on the process analysis based on the designing, and especially it conducted the analysis of manufacturing process and found out the difficulties and then raised the solutions. Further, it carried through the emphasis control to these issues so as to make the product accordant to the designing requirements.At last, it proceeded with the inspection of incoming materials and parts, detailed the effect checking of steel structure of this new car, bogie assembly and whole car assembly, and conducted the analysis on electrical apparatus commissioning and whole car performances. Then it concluded that the T7 car in trial manufacture is fully accordant to the corresponding drawing and specifications. From the point of view of upgrading cars performances and operational reliability, the aforementioned research is to be a boost to upgrading our nation's railway car technical level and satisfying the demands of our economy development.
