Basing on studying vehicle's axle make and assembly of lorries' producing at home, this article has a detailed analysis of right using axle product line, and aims to heightening vehicle's axle make and assembly qualities.There is introduction of developing status about vehicle's axle technology at home and abroad, establishing and applying status about vehicle's axle product line at home, pointing out that product line used faces the grim situation and the urgent demand about processing and day-to-day maintenance, indicating the central topic of the research.First, the article analyzes the vehicle axle processing and assembly drawings, according to the regulations of Ministry of Railways and production status of the factory, a reasonable production process is set up. On the basis of the goals—"improving gradually the quality of products", the article considers six factors—people,machines,materials,rules and regulations,environment,measuring, sets down the corresponding rules and regulations, trains staff, choses the measuring tools and equipments.Second, the article introduces the performance and technical parameters of the corresponding device selected on the axle assembly production lines, and tells of how to properly use and adjust equipments, with a view to decrease cost and improve product quality.Finally, depending on experiences accumulated over the years about axle management and use of equipment, the author analyzes the reasons in relation to qualities that often occur during the axle assembly, and establishs targeted rectification measures. There is the stable foundation on better using the axle production lines and making higher-quality axle.
