Modern traffic transportation has entered a high-speed' period of China's Transportation .Around three major technologies such as high-speed, intelligence, environmental protection, it is going all out to adjust the development of transport and intelligent transport systems, to establish a -sustainable, high-speed and intelligent -new integrated transport system.For expressway is the road transport main route, building the intelligent system, is becoming the main development direction. So, as the expressway managers, how to effectively manage the use of intelligent expressway, in order to not only provide the maximize quality services to the public, enhance social benefits, reduce the frequency of vehicle accidents and improve the efficiency of expressway and maintenance costs, but also increase the Enterprise' economic efficiency, is one most import work.Shandong High Speed Group CO.,LTD(The Hi-speed Group) is charging the Beijing-Fuzhou expressway, Jinan-Qingdao expressway, Weifang-Laixi expressway and so on. To enhance the expressway management, and provide better quality services, The Hi-speed Group built the traffic guidance system in 2007. The system has improved the management efficiency and enhanced the safety factor effectively. In this paper, from anglicizing the expressway traffic volume changes and trends about the Shandong High Speed Group Traffic Guidance System, comparing to other domestic and foreign similar system, and combining with related data, we can effectively conclude the best system management system, and analysis how to get a series of social and economic effectiveness for expressway transport, traffic flow control, traffic safety and many other aspects. The reach will give more great significance to the expressway intelligent management in future.
