Vibration fatigue machine with eccentric mass is one type of experiment equipment used to testing fatigue life and fatigue characteristic of machine parts and mechanical structures. It has some superior particularities, such as simple structure, high efficiency and easy control.In this paper, the finite element parametric model of a vibration fatigue machine with eccentric mass was given based on ANSYS10.0. In process of modeling, some structure parts of vibration fatigue machine were simplified and the connection styles were simulated by special function unit of ANSYS. The glue, coupling, spring element and spring element with coupling were used to connect every construction members. All these actions made the modeling of complex structures quick and easy.In order to check the correctness and reasonableness of the parametric finite element mode, and to achieve modal parameters of vibration fatigue machine, static analysis and modal analysis were carried out based on finite element model. Compare the analysis results with test data, the natural frequencies of the vibration fatigue machine showed good agree.The systematic dynamic response analysis of vibration fatigue machine were carried out based on finite element mode so as to achieve the force response of the specimen under different kinds of balance weight, excited frequency, specimen rigidity. Some force response curves and relevant equations of specimen under different balance weight,excited frequency, and specimen rigidity were presented.The aforementioned work provide engineering design basis for engineer. And the finite element model constituted in this paper is important reference for the structure optimization and the serialization products of the vibration fatigue machine.
