| Along with the ongoing development of our economy, the accelerating process of industrialization, rail train industry in China are also developing at an alarming rate.Meanwhile, safety problems of train operation also are widely attention. Axle-box bearings are the important supporting parts of rail trains, which play a crucial role for train operation safety. Therefore, rail rolling bearings have to go through rigorous testing, to ensure that they make rail trains safely run, no longer a danger to personal safety and property damage. The purpose of this study is the improvement of the existing rail vehicles bearing test machine, and do some corresponding analysis and researches for the improved key components and structures, to allow the test machine to better meet the requirements of the rail train bearing test.First of all, based on one of the existing rail train bearing test machine on the basis of the characteristics of the structure and function, the spindle system has been improved accordingly. Main improvements includes spindle and the supporting axle box of the spindle system, at the same time, design and select the components associated with spindle system, the external accessories, to enable improved rail vehicles bearing test machine extend their using time, the support of the axle box bearing more easily install and remove, the improved rail vehicles bearing test machine test better.Second, after determining the structure of the improvement programme, in accordance with the design requirements, make analysis and calculate stress for spindle system, structure of radial loads, structure of axial loads.Using Pro/E, Hypermesh and ANSYS for structure of the model and finite element calculation and analysis, can obtain stress and strain by the spindle, the modal distribution, and analyse of spindle position of the working conditions under maximum load and deformation, impaction on the accuracy of the test.On the other hand, stress analysis of radial and axial loads institutions and vertical plate, can know that the deformation and strength of the main parts of the body does not affect the normal operation of the test machine.Finally, by using of the dynamic and fatigue analysis for the bears of the spindle system of the supporting axle box, can get the load variation in the cycle of the cylindrical roller and inner ring and outer ring, and the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve between them. Thus, through the analyze result, can find that the spindle will not resonate at work. On the basis of the dynamics, make the bears fatigue characteristic analysis, by comparison with the required number of cycles of the measured bears, can know that regard it as the bears of the supporting axle box which makes the vehicle bearing test machine safely run, and complete the purpose of the experiment. |
