As China's car ownership has increased year by year, the problem of park arduously is hindering the city's development. Parking deck, which has many advantages of its own, is an effective way to solve the parking problem in cities. However, our parking industry has a late start, coupled with the limited strength of enterprises and research and development capability. The negative factors lead to low popularity rate of parking deck, due to our parking products'backward technology and high cost. The gap between our parking decks and the advanced ones is mainly in motor control system.Motor control system is the core of parking deck, which is crucial to the parking deck's performance. The motor is parking deck's power source, so the control effect of motor directly determines parking deck's operating efficiency, movement efficiency, stability, security and so on. Therefore, a new study on parking deck's motor control system is of great practical significance.Today, the parking deck's motor control systems commonly use open-loop speed control, and there is a big error between the actual motor speed and the pre-set one. The motor's electromagnetic torque will change obviously if the motor suffers outside disturbance, which will increase the response time of speed. In addition, the constant v/f mode speed regulation is based on the mathematical model of steady-state, so speed regulation has low accuracy in the case of dynamic condition. Through speed detector acquiring motor speed, the paper realizes speed's closed-loop control. With vector control in place of constant v/f mode control, the motor speed can be controlled in real time. As the vector control regulates the torque current and the excitation current respectively, motor torque could be controlled in real time so that the actual motor speed could track the preset one fastly, therefore dynamic performance is satisfactory. According to the principle of positioning control, the board's speed near the anchor point has great influence on leveling accuracy. On the premise of controlling the holding-car board speed effectively, a reasonable choice from different speed curves according to different moving distances can improve the operating efficiency of parking deck. Since the vector control needs a precise mathematical model of motor, which is difficult to achieve in the engineering practice, there is a sharp deterioration in the performance as the electrical parameters perturbed. However, ADRC could see the controlled object's unknown part and outside interference as total disturbance, and then make some estimation and compensation, so ADRC has a strong robustness. The induction motor vector control system based on ADRC can overcome the deficiencies in the general closed-loop vector control. In addition, the current hysteresis band pulse width modulation in place of sinusoidal pulse width modulation can get the near-sinusoidal inverter current, which will reduce the electromagnetic torque ripple. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the motor control system improvement program.The parking deck has a broad market prospect and the improvement for motor control systems will bring huge economic and social benefits. In this paper, the improvement program for motor control system, with a certain degree of feasibility, is in line with the requirements of a new generation of parking decks.
