Reverse logistics management is the important topic which enterprise is facing. How to reduce the nonessential reverse flow or its cost is the key problem to an enterprise. Researches about reverse logistics were first paied more attention by European and some developed countries Since 90s, 20th. The problems were led into logistics management with systematized and scientific, with the development of internet and internet technology, people are noticing it more than days. At present, the papers about reverse logistics are scarce in our country. The papers we may search are under the theory, with less in practice. Sharing the mature experience and theory about reverse logistics with us, exploring the way which fit the domestic reality has the important practical significance. In China, more and more cars will be used with the economics' fast development and the higher living level. Automobile productions will be changed frequently which will lead vehicle product life cycle to less. Then a great deal of En-of-life Vehicles will appear.Based on the reality, in view of the others' achievements in domestic and foreign, we regard the end-of-life vehicles as object in order to find the useful way about resource's reuse. This paper tries to find better ways about our country's automobile manufacture's benignity development through operation research, grey theory, economic and management science and so on, constructs our country's End-of-life Vehicles' reverse logistics' model, after modeling others' achievements domestic and foreign. Firstly, this paper elaborates the background and its research significance about reverse logistics through reviewing the domestic and foreign research. Secondly, in order to show the importance of reverse logistics, we compare the definitions between some correlating, such as recycling economic, green logistics and so on. Thirdly, according to the reality of China's End-of-life Vehicles, we analysis its significance, and construct the model from macroscopic angle and its solution. Finally, selected location principle and Influencing factors are given about end-of-life vehicles recycling opens' solution center, conclude the result we should select the location near the steel mill through qualitative. And forecasting the reverse quantities is in order to determine the scale.Finally, we conclude some conclusions such as, paying more attention to the network's construction and optimization, we determine the Opens the solution recycling center and processing center through mathematics model and the flow capacity of End-of-life Vehicles through combination model. Because I know my limitations, some research is not perfect, such as reuse technology of End-of-life Vehicles and recycle policy need further research.
