The bivouac housing structure is a new type of light structure system developing recently, the characteristics of which are, to open or fold quickly and conveniently, small in size after folden, convinence of transportation and storange, at the same time, to demand little from space, no need to furnish with special foundation, but only requirement for flatter ground, another remarkable characteristice of which are used repetitively, the flexibility of arrangement, when the event occurs, it can provide required spaces in as short a time as possible. Therefore, the bivouac housing structure has played an important part role in natural disaster relief, command and control, military field, by its own mobility, and flexibility.This paper deals with a contrast between our standard and foreign standard, the formula for wind load calculation of the bivouac housing structure is estibablished and improved, a pointed combination of the structure characteristics, for example, it can be unwound or folded, not tall itself, the special circumstances of its use and so on, and other influence factors of terrain ,apeearing lenth, wind factor have also been taken into account. Next, to compare with the data of wind tunnel experiment, the applicability of this formula established in this paper is further proved. The formula of snow of snow load calculation on this structure is established, by considering some factors, for example, the snow floating by wind, the snow drifting, the roof form, the roof cooling, the redistribution of snow cover,the form of sonw packing on the roof, the importance factor of structure and so on. The importance factor of structure is defined and taken values, based on the actual research. And the phenomena of snow packing on the roof is studied, next, the factor value is set in this paper, based on the distribution fuction of snow on the roof. In view of the fact that wind load and snow laod exercise determing influence to the structure, and the joint action of the two loads are also taken into account, consequently, the probability model for the joint action of two loads is provided, according to the FBC model. Follow on, the objective reliability indication is obtained and optimized, based on this, the load combination factor and unit factor are, which can be applied to the ultimate bearing capacity expression of structure as the basis of the structure optimal design.
