As developed countries manufacturing base of metastasis and Chinese manufacturing's rapid development,the construction scale of light steel structure workshop is becoming more and more biger.Especially in the eastern coastal areas, light steel workshop due to its light weight, steel provinces, low cost, can span larger span, manufacturing installation simple and shorter construction period wait for a characteristic, almost completely replaced the other structure forms of workshop . In recent years, global climate extreme events in most places more and more frequently occurred, causing various disasters to social economy and eco-environment even human health,and bringing a lot of adverse impact. Among them, the most unfavorable effects on buildings caused by one of the more frequently occurred, blizzard crowds of normal life suffered serious interference, to industrial and agricultural production also caused heavy loss, which seriously restrict the various countries social and economic development.In view of the weather and climate changed, especially the blizzard, heavy snow appear the frequency significantly increased, as they give to the snow load comparison sensitive light door frame structure bring harm structure security problems, some already resulted in serious collapse accident, caused the great economic losses.So in this paper a kind of brand-new solution, changed in the past increased volume of material and enhance overall strength.The method of using rational unloading mechanism, achieved the purpose of overweight unloaded load. Making light door frame structure in blizzard conditions, minimize damage as soon as possible, as far as possible the decrease of the repair using economic losses .Based on the blizzard disaster under the light damage door frame of plant as an example, using existing Lingo software calculating lightweight door frame, the structural reliability analysis of light door frame collapsed reasons. Using finite element software ABAQUS to light the door frame of the bearing capacity of the plant, taking into account the norm stipulated snow loads and loads of actual situation investigation, summarized the structure of internal force change rule and destruction reasons .And in light door frame structure installation and unloading device, by using FEM software abaqus to simulate and analyse uninstall device to light the door frame structure effect, thereby appraised uninstall device reliability, with matlab software unloading device reliability calculation, guarantee the reliability of the structure and uninstall device reliability. Using uninstall device of maximum control pollution damage, the economic benefit is remarkable, it is reference and guidance for the future engineering practice righteousness.
