Research On The Technology Of Cold In-place Recycling Of Asphalt Pavement

At first, based on the current situation of development and application of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, the principle of road recycling and the classification of recycling technologies are introduced, the technologies of Cold in-place recycling, Hot in-place recycling ,hot mix plant in-place recycling ,cold mix plant in-place recycling are being compared and studied. the disadvantages of Cold in-place recycling technology are estimated synthetically---- it doesn't need to heat which can save energy, and it also doesn't need to transport raw material. It is the first choice for rebuilding and overhauling of our country's road. Then the principle ,features and applicable conditions of Asphalt pavement Cold in-place recycling are elaborated in detail.This paper puts emphasis on the process and quality control of Cold in-place recycling technology; the choice of three additives—concrete,emulsified asphalt and foam asphalt, is analyzed; the order of the process of adding water is analyzed ; then take the project of rebuilding the old road of JingFu Road for example, the 200m old road for examination takes concrete as concrete, and adds water at first, which proves that the process is simple and convenient and the quality is credible; then the structure performance features are studied. What's more, asphalt Cold in-place recycling equipments at home and abroad are introduced selectively and a comparative analysis is done, and the modified advice is suggested; what's more, the reasonable matching model between road roller at first rolling and main machine of Cold in-place recycling is built using the queuing theory , and the reasonable relationship between mainframe of Cold in-place recycling after type choice and road roller at first rolling is suggested.At last, Cold in-place recycling engineering divertion and control are elaborated. It is proved that the advantages of Cold in-place recycling technology is outstanding, and the construction process is simple and convenient, what's more, it can save money by 20%---30%, and economic benefit is considerable. In brief, the application of cold in-place recycling technology can save a lot of funds and alleviate the pollution of environment, and the interference to traffic is small ,also it can improve the road graduation and reduce the ratio of hole and crack, for the more , it can alleviate the road aging, and then make immeasurable economic and social benefit for our country's asphalt road rebuilding.
