| Electro-hydraulic proportional technique has been widely used in many sectors, and greatly improved the technique and efficiency in these sectors. Proportional solenoid is an important electric-mechanical converter which combines electrical and mechanical technique, its performance has great influence on the electrically-controlled mechanical components and system performance. As there are many factors affecting performance of proportional solenoid, during the analysis process on its performance, it usually pays more attention to the practical test of performance, the practical test result more accurately reflects its practical performance after all, and then we can improve the design of proportional solenoid according to the test result.On the basis of analyzing scheme of formerly-developed test rig on the proportional solenoid and national standards related to solenoid test, a test and control system which consists of industrial computer and PLC is developed. Performance of related proportional solenoid is tested. Performance of test rig is analyzed. The main are as follows:In chapter 1, the development of proportional technique, structural principle of proportional solenoid and research status of its test method are summarized, and so are the background, significance and the main content of research on thesis.In chapter 2, the overall scheme (includes scheme of mechanical system and test system) of test rig for displacement proportional solenoid and force proportional solenoid is established according to related national test standard. Scheme of test and control system which consists of industrial computer and PLC as upper and lower computer is adopted.In chapter 3, the method of realizing function of serial communication based on VISA, control signal generating, fast data acquisition, digital filtering, calculation of performance parameters, data storage, test report forms creation and printing, experimental database administration and manual test is mainly discussed.In chapter 4, realization process of functions of RS-232 serial communication, zero adjustment and positioning control of stepper motor, control of switches and buttons and safety protection on sensors is illustrated.In chapter 5, test rig of proportional solenoid and its functional testing results are introduced, Performance of proportional solenoid is also analyzed.In chapter 6, the main content of the thesis is summarized, and the orientation of further research is put forward. |
