Fire accident in underground emporium is more focused by many people in the world along with the gradual development of the underground emporium buildings and fire accident happened occasionally. The unique characteristics of underground emporium, such as closed, which lead to its fire risk bigger than surface structure, and its personnel evacuation extremely difficult. As a result, study evacuation in fire plays an important role in underground emporium's fire safety.First of all, the fire risk in underground emporium was analysed in this thesis, then the major factors of human evacuation was briefly analyzed integrating ergonomics. The theory of performance-based fire prevention and design in building was applied to analyze and summarize the calculation methods about RSET & ASET respectively. And according to the characteristic of the underground emporium, the building was divided into different kinds of evacuation units. Then the different algorithms for the different units are presented respectively. Combing the exit capacity and crowd pedestrian flow rules, the optimizing networks evacuation model has been built. The C# Language was also used to program the network evacuation simulation model in this paper.Finally, the ecacuation process had been quantified applying these comprehensive studies to a practical underground emporium by using of the optimizing networks evacuation model. Then results of calculating and the process of calculating have been verified and analyzed by the Simulex software.
