This article is base the require of taper roller bearing retainer production line renovation project of Chinese Wafangdian Bearing Corp, cope with the matter of worker baiting by hand arisen dangerous easily and efficiency inferiority, so make up my mind to design and research a set of taper roller bearing retainer automotic loading mechanism, made it can instead of worker baiting by hand directly, ensure worker operational security and advance the production efficiency.In this paper, based on the feature of tapered bearing retainer, we have rationally designed the automotive feed mechanism;use ug software progress parametric modeling to feed mechanism,carry virtual assembly out.And import assembly model into adams software, use software to carry cinematics simulation and dynamical simulation out. Analyses simulation outcome, gotten out respondence conclusion. At last optimize the design of taper roller bearing retainer automotive feed mechanism, bump his stabilition, reliabilition up.Make the mechanism can practical made contribution to production line renovation project of bearing corp.
