The refrigerator vacuum forming mould is used as an import molding tool in the refrigerator production. As the key to the refrigerator vacuum forming mould, the Molding Techniques is directly related to the design of the refrigerator vacuum forming mould, and the more to the refrigerator production. At present, the selection of the molding techniques is mainly based on the past experience in the refrigerator vacuum forming mould design and the traditional mold test. It will be directly impact on the design efficiency, the precision, and the final product quality. With the refrigerator mould techniques, there is a further study on molding techniques optimization of the refrigerator vacuum forming mould.The main contents are as follows:First of all, the theory for the plastic molding process was studied, and with the practical design, the more detailed discussion and research on the general design theory and the techniques of the refrigerator vacuum forming mould have done.Secondly, the numerical simulation of the compression vacuum molding parameters were simulated and analyzed. The molding height, sheet thickness, radius, forming methods, and auxiliary punch fillet are the key factors that affect the forming.Then, numerical simulation was used in the analysis of refrigerator door inner liners, molding method, foaming time and other parameters were optimized, Combining with the actual production test-mode results, a comprehensive analysis of various parameters on the thickness of refrigerator door inner liners had obtained, numerical simulation method can be assisted or in some extent replace the tryout.Finally, on the basis of these studies, the results of the research were summarizes and future developments were forecasted.Based on a lot of research, application examples and experience, a more detailed research on the refrigerator vacuum forming mould from the mould techniques to the realize of the numerical simulation techniques which realize the optimization to forming techniques had took. Meanwhile, some useful guidance and exploration work had carried on refrigerator vacuum forming mould design.
