Research On Organizing Mode Of Networked Cooperative Product Developing Resources Based On RNMS And Its Application

Taking advantage of advanced communication technology, enterprises could develop products cooperating with other enterprises, universities, institutes, experts and customers through network. This method has already been one of the primary strategies of enhancing comprehensive competitiveness in product development for small & medium-sized enterprises. Researches and implementations of Networked Cooperative Product Development (NCPD) is being increasing rapidly in recent years, and lots of achievements have been made. But researches on the resource-organized mode of NCPD are fewer. After analyzing research status of NCPD at home and abroad, according to the conception of RNMS, this paper puts forward a resource-organized mode of NCPD--Regional Networked Virtual Institute (RNVI), oriented to small & medium-sized enterprises. The system structure, including framework architecture, function architecture and support architecture, is set up. The running mode of RNVI is also studied. The technology architecture for the research and implementation of RNVI in this paper consists of four parts --systemic technology, special technology, supporting technology and supporting systems. In this paper, the organizing mode and the managing mode of RNVI, software-shared technology based on UDDI, the system developing architecture based on J2EE and the implementing mode based on ASP are also researched.At the end of the paper, according to the status and requirements of product development in Huayang Electrical Equipment Ltd, the supporting system for RNVI of Huayang Electrical Equipment Ltd is developed based on RNMS of Chongqing (CQ-RNMS). This system has already been implemented into the product development of the company, and notable economic benefits has been obtained.
