Study On Stability Control System For Regional Power Grid

With the development of the national economy, the electric power demanding increased every year. The electrical power systems need connecting to be a reliable electrical network. But as the electrical network structure become complex day by day, specially the large-scale interconnection electrical network apperanced and the using of long-distance range ultrahigh voltage and large capacity electric transmission and the alternating and direct mixed electric transmission, it is not independable by the electrical network stable control mode which has not been able to depend upon the sole goal, the sole stable control device or the control device solves, but more relies on the multi-objectives, which is the stable control device and the region control mode. Meanwhile, with the fast development of analysis method and the computer and the communication technology unceasing enhancement, it made electrical network stable control system development possible which based on the large-scale systems theory and the graduation hierarchical and the dispersible control theory.Through the understanding of the domestic external power grid stable control system development condition, connecting the characteristic and the request of the electrical network stable control system, according to the divides the control measure, this article explained the electrical network stable control key lied in the the maturity of region electrical network stable control system. Then, according to the particularity of the regional power grid structure, the paper proposed the principle of regional power system stability control and structural design and pattern choices. Finally, the paper by an example (Jiangsu electrical network stable security early warning system, EACCS), indicate the specific implementation of the solution to the problem.
