With the development of the national economy, the electric power demanding increased every year. The electrical power systems need connecting to be a reliable electrical network. Safe and stable supply of electrical energy is related major events of national planning, large-scale blackout is bound to cause enormous economic losses and serious impact on social life. Blackouts are subject to successive governments and the community great concern, such as the India power grid 30 July 2012 a major blackout. As countries around the world on the power network stable control are very serious, and the national power network structure and the existence of different issues, focusing on surface is also different. The development has brought to China’s grid, and we can get some experiences and warnings: to establish a sound and effective regional power network stable control system has been delay.This article in the analysis and calculation of Jiangxi Province Chang Dong area regional power grid stability based on combined with Jiangxi Chang area of East area of regional stability control system of actual demand, the RCS-992 A stable control device configuration of regional stability control system is safe and effective to complete regional power network stable control function, greatly improving the security and stability of the whole power grid; at the same time, it is proved that the feasibility of the popularization and application of the system is safe, in accordance with the actual requirements.This paper is mainly composed of five parts. First part is an overview of the current situation of the development of the power grid in China, in recent years, call network stable situation, and through system of domestic and foreign control system development status, the objective and significance of the regional power grid stability are discussed in this paper; in the second part, this paper analyzes the regional power network stable control system the principle, strategy and examples, and the composition, connecting method and main functions are described. At the same time,analyzes the types and measures to control the stability of the regional power gridtechnology. Regional stability control structure design and model selection is proposed in the third part, through the power system stability control system in Jiangxi power grid Zhongchang east area of the realization of its theoretical feasibility analysis. The fourth part for Jiangxi power grid Chang Dong area required to implement the regional stability control system control strategy are analyzed. Then, it puts forward the regional stability control device requires various logic functions. The fifth part through the Jiangxi electric grid Chang East area of regional security and stability control device as an example, the simulation test.In this paper, on the principle, design and application of power system stability analysis and control technology research and verified by theoretical analysis and actual, for regional power network stable control technology to update and further promote the application provides a certain reference.
