In recent years, large-scale steel structure has been widely used in large-scale public buildings with increasingly novel structure system, expanding complicated layout and progressively larger scale. It has already become one of the most essential fields for modern building structures. However, because of the increasing accident in the steel structure construction process, the steel structure health monitoring technology research and application have become a structural safety of the construction of protection. The rapid development of steel structure makes a higher request to the structure health monitoring of construction process.Firstly, the article summarizes the detailed method of health monitoring in steel structure construction process at home and abroad,analysis of the deformation,stress,cable force,vibration and environmental monitoring index of construction means and methods and contrast and list the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the recent application examples. In addition, the calculation of steel structure construction process analysis theory and a brief summary of the content, calculation methods, and load analysis which should to be considered in the calculation of the steel structure construction process have been studied.The wireless sensor network technology and its progress in civil engineering research has been studied at home and abroad and its advantages in civil engineering monitoring are summarized. And on this basis, combined with the stress monitoring of steel demand, from the design of small, low-power, low cost, high reliability perspective, a wireless vibrating wire strain monitoring system has been developed and its hardware, software, network technology have been introduced. Combined with the steel structure's long life cycle characteristics, the use of 3G technologies can realize the remote operation of the stress monitoring, which can save the cost of monitoring and improve the efficiency of monitoring. The development of early-warning technology in the major areas at home and abroad has been studied and the concept of early-warning technology, content and so on have been put together. On this basis, in accordance with "clear warning, find the sources of warning, analysis of warning signs, pre-alarm the level of warning", the paper has studied the early warning system in the steel construction process,proposed the early-warming indicators and an integrated early-warming method for the steel structure construction process, establish an early-warning system. In order to study the theory of security early warning further, in this paper, we have designed a simple test platform for components of early warning, so as to follow-up study provides a very good condition.A real time monitoring using wireless stress and acceleration monitoring system,and the auto measuring robot system were carried out during the whole lifting process of Ningbo gallery. And on this basis, we can monitoring and analyze the deformation,stress and vibration of the structure during the whole lifting, and we can also do the warning-analysis by using the early-warning system in this paper, which ensured the safety of the structure.
