| For the different characteristics of new motors, intelligent and automated demands of a testing system, the main research object is testing and control systems for new motors. Virtual Instrument (VI) is an outcome with the development of computer technique, modern measuring and testing technique, and electronic instrument technique. With the Labview as software platform and the hardware supported,the system carried out process control of motor testing flow,such as data acquisition,analysis,display and storage. The functions and characteristicswere illustrated by some experiment test process and data analysis. It showed that this testing system can meet the demands of the applications very well.The main content of this dissertation is as follows,The new three-dimensional permanent magnet motor combined the external-rotor permanent magnet motor with the disk-type permanent magnet motor. For the low-speed large torque, VVVF characteristics, a new three-dimensional permanent magnet motor testing system was developed by using PC as the CPU,based on PCI-6221 board and Hall closed-loop current,voltage sensors,Labview as the software developing platform. Precise data samplings of voltages,current and temperatures were realized.The testing system of 3-phase linear induction motor (LIM) is quite different with the measuring of thrust and normal force. Testing system is developed by using PC as the CPU, based on PCI-6229 board, LabVIEW as the software developing platform. A traction power supply system which adopted separately excited DC generator sets was designed. The desired output voltage was kept constant by regulating the rotary speed of induction motor and field current.A new push type conveyer system is driven by linear motor and controlled by logical programmable controller (PLC) and the microprocessor (PIC). It is a more superior way than the traditional one. AC chopping voltage regulator is characterized of high performance. The testing method of its speed and location is introduced. |
