As the core component of the engine rotor system,the aerospace bearing guarantees the reliable operation of the entire engine rotor system,directly affecting the overall performance and life of the engine.According to the requirements of the national military standard,the aerospace bearing must be tested on the ground tester for performance and durability before installation,in order to accurately evaluate the performance of the bearing to provide reliable data support,and at the same time provide a modified version of the bearing.Full and relatively accurate test validation.Therefore,bearing test technology has become a fundamental research topic in the development of the aero-engine industry.Based on the current development of bearing testers and test technology at home and abroad,this paper designs the overall implementation plan and test procedure of the aerospace bearing test based on the current test status of aerospace bearings.Combined with the actual test requirements of aerospace bearings,two types of typical structural aerospace bearings were selected to analyze the adaptability of the bearing tester,and the large-spindle bearing tester and double-rotor tester were selected by orthogonal decomposition method,combined with specific test requirements.The tester tooling structure was analyzed.Through the test of two types of bearings,the overall implementation plan of the bearing test and the effectiveness of the test process design were verified,and the test specifications based on the test flow were compiled.In this paper,the design of test tooling for aerospace bearings based on two-shaped irregular structures is determined,including tooling structure design,lubrication design,loading design,and simulation analysis of some key components.The installation and commissioning of the various components of the mechanical system of the Dafa Spindle Bearing Tester and the Double Rotor Tester were completed.The key technologies related to the process were described,and the integration of the test device drive system,lubrication system,loading system and control and acquisition system was realized.Working together,it is verified that the installation and commissioning of the components of each system of the tester is effective,and the test process is effective and the results are credible.At the same time,the overall implementation plan of the bearing test and the validity of the test procedure were verified,and the simulation of the actual working condition of the bearing on the ground tester was proved.
