In this paper, combined with overview of the avionics data processing system development both at home and abroad, a avionics data processing system which integrates the function of data acquisition, processing, control and transmission is designed. This paper first deeply researches on the adaptive filter theory, analyses of the LMS algorithm, with emphasis of factors of affecting algorithm performance and analyzing the simulation, improves algorithm to improve the algorithm performance, at the same time, gives the analysis of simulation results, and applies to the system. Second, introduces information standards and formats of the ARINC-429 air bus and RS-422 Serial Bus. On this basis, a implementation solution of avionics system data collection, filtering, control, transmission and complex non-linear computing integrated in one system based on FPGA is designed. Paper selectes the XILINX company's FPGA, enables avionics data acquisition, transmission and control, integrates ARINC-429 and RS-422 communication interface, achieves the bus redundancy, and implements data filtering and the corresponding algorithm processing. Finally, in a laboratory environment, separately tests each module of the software and hardware.
