Servo system plays an important role in defense construction, industrial production, communications and transport even family life. It is very important to research and develop very efficient and applicable computer aided design software for designer of Servo system to improve the level and efficiency of servo systemThis paper studies the servo system fast parametric modeling and co-simulation methods. First introduced the methods of dynamic analysis modeling, analyze the characteristics of the servo transmission system, and summarizes the current domestic and international research situation about the servo transmission system modeling and co-simulation. Next take the typical n-shaft gear transmission servo system as the research object, Using lumped-mass method and the finite element method set up a reversing dynamic model of servo system and the vibration equation of the system, derived the system mass matrix,damping matrix and stiffness matrix, using modal analysis method and numerical calculation methods to solve the model.Then a high efficient servo system simulation platform is established by integrating parametric technology and co-simulation technology in this paper. Users only need to input required parameters and it can give the static and dynamic characteristics of the servo transmission system by automatically modeling and calculating. So the process is greatly reduced.Finally, the servo test bench and airborne antenna pedestal for parametric modeling and simulation to illustrate the usefulness of this analysis platform.
