| With the needs of the servo system performance testing and stereotypes, this paper mainly has done some related research on the servo load simulation system and designed a set of servo hydraulic simulation system. This system mainly used to implement all kinds of interference load simulation tasks, in order to testing the performance of the servo system to facilitate the work of the servo system improvements and stereotypes.Firstly, this paper analyzed the major interference load of the servo system in practical work. Through the analysis of the several major interference load’s characteristics, we proposed the design program of the servo load hydraulic simulation system. The program combined the advantages of electrical and hydraulic technology, used the electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control technology to complete several of interference load simulation. Compared with the previous method, this system has the advantages of high load simulation accuracy and a fast response. Then this paper designed the test bench, hydraulic system and control system, and used the finite element method to do the dynamics analysis of the system test bench. The same time, in order to meet the performance requirements of the system, the design of the hydraulic system used a unique pump-motor dual-use dual hydraulic motors as actuators. The control system used the digital measurement and control device based on the DSP, and used IPC to realize man-machine dialogue. Finally, this paper established the mathematical model of the system, and did the simulation with MATLAB. Through the simulation analysis we found a suitable control strategy. At last, we found that the hydraulic simulation system for servo load can basically achieve the design specifications by the actual system debugging results. |
